I am starting to see a bit more consistency with my xfactor sites. Some sites seem to have finally settled in their place on page 1 and some that disappeared off the map from the get-go are slowly climbing positions. Not only are the rankings for these sites improving but the clicks are also more consistent. I have one site that has received at least 1 click (sometimes 2-3 a day) for the past 3 days.

I now have 20 xfactor sites up. Yesterday I built my last site. I am now out of keywords so today I will need to do some keyword research.

I began using UAW about 2 weeks ago and of course I was skeptical about long term links etc. but after reading Mike and Jeff’s findings with using UAW on their inner pages, I have decided that UAW is going to be a vital asset for my sites too. So far in a 2 week run of using UAW on one of my sites that dropped out of the SERPs almost immediately after being indexed and has been MIA for nearly 3 weeks, is now sitting on page 2. I honestly think it only had a chance with runing UAW on it. I actually have been running it for the inner pages set at 40 per day but I lowered it to 20 per day after reading jeff’s comment. I have the main keyword set for only 7 submissions per day.

I also signed up for the linkjuicer last week and have run some campaigns to see how those turn out. This method is a much slower method of back link building but it is suppose to offer a more long term means for your back links versus UAW. So far I have used it on a few inner pages on some xfactor sites and on the specific hubpage that earned me a $7.00 click last week. I can already see it has helped boost my hubpage. My hubpage was on page 4 for its keyword but it is now #10 on page 1.

Since I have no sites ready for building at the moment, I have outsourced my oDesk writers to write me articles that I can use for UAW submissions since I absolutely hate the process of getting my submissions ready. Having them write the articles for me will help me out tremendously!

Oh! I did find an amazing keyword yesterday but before I get to that part let me say that I have been thinking for some time that I should still try and work on building up some Google Sniper sites. Now, I never have a problem with “sniping”. My sites have always claimed their respectable positions on page 1 and held steadfast but my problem is I am HORRIBLE at sales copy. I fail to get my visitor to want to click on my affiliate links. I met a fellow WF member about a month ago and he is doing alot of direct article marketing with clickbank products set up on blogger and he has had some success but obviously since he is not setting up specific SEO strategies, he is not getting organic traffic to his blogs. Therefore he is relying solely to earn money based on his articles and sadly he is discovering that the days he isn’t writing new articles, he isn’t earning very much. He is extremely talented in his sales copy. He showed me his first blogger and I was very impressed. So I briefly mentioned to him last week that I should hire him to write some sales copy for me and he was serious about taking up the offer.

Ok..so now back to the keyword I found. Since I finally made up my mind to have him write my salescopy, I decided to check out Clickbank. I found a very good product that is in the weight loss niche. Now I know everyone is like “Man, forget that niche. It’s so hard to get in there because it’s so competitive”. Well I typed in a basic weight loss term into MNF and then I clicked “broad search” on a specific keyword and bam! I hit gold. I found a keyword that has 4k monthly searches and had the greenlight in MNF. When I checked out the competition there were only a few PR 1-2 pages on page 1. So I ran over to Namecheap to see if the domain was available and nearly wet myself when I saw there was the .org and .net available. So you know what I did right? Yup! I snagged them both! No way I could let another person get in on my weight loss keyword! I figure if I fail at making it a google sniper site, I can always turn it into a niche blog and earn some adsense from it.

Ok, I am off to do some more UAW submissions and then KW research! Ta-ta!
