Well it has been several days since my ezine account got suspended with no word back from ezine yet regarding lifting the suspension. So I have been trying to find some alternative ideas to get some good link juice.
Using UAW
Over the weekend I wrote 2 articles for UAW submissions. After reading some success that some people noticed by having 40 daily article submissions with UAW for ranking their inner xfactor pages, I decided to go ahead and give it a try. So a few submissions last week were set for 40 daily submissions. After reading more on UAW submissions last night on reports of people having their rankings suffer or even worse, get deindexed when they ran 40-50 submissions a day, I decided to scale back to only 7 daily submissions a day.
Swapping Out Ezines For Hubpages
Hubpages is an authority site and currently carries a higher PR rank than Ezines does. It’s also no mystery that google loves hubpages. A brand new hub can get indexed as fast as 1-2 hours. Of course this really depends on the niche you are targetting. Some niches will get indexed that fast while others may take 24 hours or even 2-3 days.
Since with Xfactor’s system we only care about getting the actual links used with our anchored text, I think using hubpages will do just fine. Sure, I am not as likely to get my hubpage picked up and get additional back links from website owners republishing my hubpage content like they would from an ezine article but with Hubs you have the added bonus of getting adsense earnings which isn’t too bad. (I just received a click for $7.83 from one hub this morning.)
There is one catch with using hubpages for back links. You need to have a score of 75+. If you are below 75 then your links will receive a “nofollow” link. I am close to 90 thanks to all of my hubbing efforts from july and august so I am good to go.
Last night I made a hub for site #14 that is not indexed yet. I used the main keyword and an inner page keyword for my 2 links in the body. What I did was used MNF and put in my main keyword into it and then I found keywords that had 500 or less monthly searches with a low soc. When I found a “green light”, I took that keyword and made a hub about it. I wanted to find a keyword that wasn’t going to compete against my xfactor site and I wanted something that would be easy to rank for.
I am gonna test out how quickly I can get my new site indexed by using Hubpages and also to see how quickly google indexes the hub. I know that my ezine articles were taking about 7-10 days for google to recognize them as links to my xfactor sites.
So I guess my new plan of attack is to create a UAW submission for each xfactor site and use goarticles and hubpages for my initial back linking steps.
Xfactor Site Earnings
I have noticed that one site seems to be getting more consistent in it’s daily earnings. Site #11 seems to be earning about $2-3.00 for the past 3 days in a row. It is on page 1, position #3 and has held it for the past 3-4 days.
It’s really hard to try and not focus on the sites that are not even showing up on page 1 yet. I want to nurse them! So I will add another goarticle submission or focus more efforts on using UAW on them but I need to let go and move on to building more websites.
I have 2 writers working on content for 4 new sites this week and I am out of niches and so today I need to focus on using Micro Niche Finder to find some new keywords and get some domains registered. I also need ot get some mroe UAW submissions ready.

Nice!!
Carrie´s last blog ..Oh Where, Oh Where Have My Rankings Gone?
Yea, I was really surprised by that. I’ll probably point some back links to that hub to get it to rank better.
Wow,
Love the $7.83 click Sara, a few more of those would be nice wouldn’t they? lol
As for article alternatives, apart from EZA I tend to use;
GoArticles
Buzzle
ArticleAlley (nofollow)
ArticleBase (nofollow)
Article Dashboard
Easy Articles
Amazines
Don’t know why I use the nofollow sites but they tend to still give me a backlink, they all help in my opnion though.
Keep up the hard work!
