Well, I didn’t really do all that much over the weekend. I wrote one hub on Saturday because the niche inspired me to do so. Today I decided to focus more on my infobarrels for the hubs, so I wrote 6 articles and made sure that each one was back linking to 2 different hubpages. I didn’t even use my DNS today. I just decided to suck it up and type away.

I did learn that you can’t be too promotional in your links. They denied one article because they said my “call to action was too strong” and that I needed to make it more contextual; in other words make it so the reader is not compelled to leave the infobarrel site. Now that I know exactly what they are looking for regarding the backlinks, it should be smooth sailing.

I think I have 11 infobarrels up now so I shouldn’t have to wait for these long approvals. Normally they are quick but I did have one infobarrel take 2 days to be approved.
