Just found this site as I was looking for the Xfactor adsense template. I love it!! I can’t confess that I’ve read a whole lot of it, but I already feel like I know you (I know…just from the 3 lines before the ‘read more’ bit!!) and feel touched by your emotional journey. Although I’m not a mom, I’m not divorced and I’m not from the US (errr, but I did have a bad back once…does it count?!!), I relate to SO MUCH of what you write!

My ex had looked into refinancing about a year ago and they even said that he doesn’t qualify for the loan. I will wait until June 1st when Obama’s mortgage relief kicks in and then contact my lender again about lowering my rates.

I’ve heard great things about SENuke myself, but at $47/month ($100 less?) you can get Magic Submitter: scalable (you can update w/more article directories, Web 2.0 sites, RSS feed aggregators and video submission sites)…

I dunno. I think SENuke’s way too pricey, though I hear it works if you’re into authority sites/major builds or competitive niches.

I just wrote up a review, 2-parter, of Magic Submitter on my blog (so that’s why I’m passionate about it).
