Well, it has been a busy week so far and its only Wednesday morning. I had my son’s birthday lunch yesterday with my son’s grandmother and her family then we had birthday dinner last night with my family and in between all that I somehow managed to run to the part store to buy items for his birthday party that is on Saturday. Whew!
I was able to get scrape some high PR blogs to send to my new outsourcers. Which so far 1 of the 3 new hires is going to be let go. Most of my blog commenters complete 80 comments in about 3 hours time. He logged onto oDesk for 8 hours! It’s not like he had to research and find the blogs ot post on, I provided him the damn list! I am sorry, if it takes you 1 hour to do 10 comments, either you are typing with one hand or you are busy multitasking like making dinner or talking on the phone. $23 for 80 comments?!?! I don’t think so! I am gonna have to dispute that with oDesk. *sigh*
Today’s plan is to get 1-2 more sites built to finish off the last few I have content for and register some forum profile accounts from Terry’s Blacklink Blackbelt!

I am getting more and more excited with each new earning day. I am positive that next week I will be at a solid $30 a day. Go me!

You can set a fixed rate. Just say something like “I want 100 comments for a flat fee of $8″ or whatever your price. You will get bids for your asking price and once they accept a fixed rate job, payment is totally up to you. I was just testing out to see how long it would take them to do x many comments.
