Just when I feel like I have finally broke my daily $20 earnings my earnings for the day dipped back under $20. Yesterday I hit $18.40. Gees! C’mon, this is torture to be so close to seeing $30 dollar days only to have it dip $12 lower than expected. Ah well. Not much I can do other than continue to pump out sites.
I noticed a few more xfactor sites jumping on my keywords. I swear, I really feel like some jerk face found all my sites and is copying me. Of the 3 newest sites I have seen that are targeting the same keywords as me, they are using clickbump’s wordpress theme. Meh oh well, I shall overcome them! Especially since half their links are soon to be dead. It looks like the new site I found today had nothing but Angela profile links and of the 8 links they had that were profile links, 4 of them were already deleted. YSE just has the cache displaying but in a few days or a week those links will be gone. Muhahahaha!
Ok ok, so what did I do yesterday? I got 60 of Terry’s list of profiles registered with SEO Link Dominator (uber awesome) and I confirmed/activated them. I built 1 new site and uploaded 10 new pages of content to 2 sites built a month ago.
I got about 4 scrapebox “scraping” jobs done for my outsourcers. I got some pretty juice blog lists today. I got over 900 blogs that are all PR 5-9.
I also got my press releases done for 2 sites. I am loving that too. I peaked at one site that I had press releases submissions done on, on March 6th and out of the 97 back links this one particular site has, about 20 of those are from the press release run. It’s amazing!
I am getting sleepy. Mental note, chocolate cake for breakfast is not a good thing.

Looking forward to more feedback for the press releases, especially after some months. As far as I could tell the examples Daniel used in the WSO do not seem to have many indexed pages anymore.
Sure your dip is just one of *those* days. I have one here and there when ctr sucks and the epc sucks as well and the day ends up far below my normal average, and then back to normal the next day.
Got over 300 accounts set up for Terry’s links. Will finish the last 100 this weekend.

Yes, I would love to outsource this but I am not certain I want to chance it with Terry’s packets since some outsourcer could end up using those same sites for their other clients without adhering to Terry’s rules and run it for everyone. ya know?
20-30 minutes is pretty quick! I think it still takes me about 1- 1 1/2 hours to do 60 profiles. which is still a major improvement. i remember when it used to take me 4-5 hours to do that amount. lol

In all ,how many adsense websites you have now ? how much every websites make on average and how many traffic every website gets?
Cilly, I cannot discuss my exact CTR but I do find that John’s theme and Clickbump’s perform the best for me.
I have about 4-5 sites that are earning about $2-2.99 a day now. My short-term goal is to get every site to earn about $2-3 a day because if they did, I would be earning at least $100 a day. That is with estimating that 50 sites would be earning every day. I think I am only having about 20 sites earning daily right now and obviously they are not all earning me $2-3 a day…yet.
Just like how much each site earns varies, so does the traffic. I’d say that my consistent earners are getting 10-12 visitors a day.

Have you checked to see if your sites being copied have a common denominator (like the same link profile)? I’m sure it’s just coincidence. There are so many people trying XF that eventually there will be alot of overlap. That’s okay, you can outrank them.

I think I am just being paranoid. I am pretty sure they have no relation. One of the sites uses double profile accounts. i.e. they create 2 profiles on a forum with the user name something like linda44 and then on the same site they create another user called something like martian888. The profiles link back to the same main site page.
One of the other sites only has 1 back link and it looks like it is some sort of one way link system.
And lastly another site has a crapload of profile links. At least 50+ and they all come from different profiles. No relation to site #1.
I just hope someone wouldn’t be foolish enough to copy my keywords since about the first 25 or so were duds. haha!
I meant do your sites have linking in common. So maybe your Digg account links to 10 domains and those 10 are all the ones being copied, or some other way someone could find a group of your sites.
Also, looks like Mike’s sites may have been found based on the server his IM blog is on? Not sure how someone tracks that down, but you may want to think about that.

Yes, that is how I thought originally too. I was thinking about moving some sites over to a new domain but as I double checked available TLD, fortunately all the ones that could be bought have been purchased. So I only have to worry about those 4 sites. Now my newer sites that are on another server, well that’s a different story. I found a bunch of untapped niches so there almost always is the .org or .net left for them. I still have about 10 more sites to build so I am thinking about opening a 3rd account and putting those on it. Just for more security.
Well since I use BMD and I only have about 11 different accounts, it is possible some of the sites can be cross bookmarked and it is possible that if one bookmark was discovered a few of my niches might also be.
And actually I loved indenti.ca for fast indexing but that is a major footprint if you are not creating a new account for each site. Too much trouble for me.
Leaving footprints is something I was just wondering about myself. So its better to have multiple digg, twitter, forum, or whatever profiles to post from? Do you limit them to one domain per profile? That seems alot of accounts to have to keep up with. Do places like these even allow multiple accounts especially from the same IP?

I do recommend multiple accounts if possible or just using maybe 2-3 domains per account. Some of the social networks don’t care about the IPS differing, they only care about different emails used to register the accounts.
Oh I hope that is just a coincidence and some isn’t following your sites. Did you see that awful thread of warriorforum about someone wanting to sell a list of xfactor sites? Some people…if they are copying then you can easily outrank them because well those people just won’t follow through!
No, I did not see that. That is awful and I am surprised WF would even allow that. It doesn’t matter if they were a list of micro niche sites, xfactor sites, google sniper sites or whatever, that is morally wrong.
Yea, I am not too worried about it. If I can tell that a site is ranking easily and has earning potential, I usually go back and snag the left over TLD if it is available. This gives me some sort of peace of mind. Although; as mentioned in this post, John has proven to me that he can rank for keywords even if he has a word added to the domain and even if the keyword is jumbled up somehow.

im sure its frustrating for earnings to bounce around like that. have u set up your competitive fitler? sites like nextag, yahoo shopping, shopping.com pay extremely low. i just filter those sites out for higher payouts.
Haha thanks for the tip Edward. I did not know about that. Although I just read this thread on that topic and it seems to be unclear to me whether or not this is really effective.
i can’t speak for the experience of other people, but when i blocked out all the known shopping comparison engines my cpc improved. also, when i go to my sites and click the arrow on the bottom to shuffle thru the ads there are no shopping engine sites on my ads anymore.

For indexing I submit my RSS feed, ping the site and I bookmark with Onlywire.
@cilly – Not all of my sites have the same amount of traffic. Some bring in more and some bring in less. There are too many factors involved with these sites to just flat out say that should be bringing in x amount of visitors per day because the traffic has to do with monthly searches for the keyword and your site’s position.
My websites are not all on page 1. I only had a handful of sites on page one. The majority site at position #11-14 right now. As the sites age another month, that should change pretty drastically.
My websites are almost never product reviews. Occasionally my writers will do a product review but usually it is an informative post about the product with some background history or how to use the product.
Don’t go getting disheartened. Remember this is a numbers game so just keep building those sites. We all have winners and losers – the important thing is to keep moving forward. It seems like you’re doing that so I am confident all your efforts will be rewarded.

I sometimes feel like adsense is a bad date… it’ll get you all excited right before it dumps you on your ass. Still, it’s always exciting when you can you see a continual stream of progress in your earnings. One day I’ll make a good amount and then the next day it feels like I hardly made squat, even though my traffic remained the same. What the heck!
All this typing has gotten me hungry though, and I think some chocolate cake is in order…

What a great analogy Travis?! I can certainly understand why adsense earnings can drive a person batty and obviously it does that to me. I just have to remind myself that at least I earn everyday.
