I have no idea what happened yesterday but I over shot my highest adsense day by about $12 more. I was absolutely stunned when I had logged into my account and saw that I already had earned $21.00 by noon my time. Typically at noon I would see about $10 and then i see the majority of my earnings happening at around 4-8pm my time. Usually after 9pm my time, things will slow down and its not very likely to budge much more than the current amount. Anyhow, my new adsense record and earning for yesterday was $44.44. Crazy number huh?! Apparently 4 is was my lucky number of the day. Darnit, I should have played the lottery with those numbers.
Ok so to be fair my main niche blog did earn $8.49 but I have a tie between 2 sites for highest earners. They both earned exactly $5.52 and a 3rd site did $5.06.
I hope that this sudden spike means that I will finally hit solid $30-35 days instead of being stuck in the $25-30 zone.
Over the weekend, I continued to submit my 20 posts each day to Blog Blueprint. For Easter weekend I will be out of town visiting my parents so I will need to cue up some submissions for the days I will be away from my computer.
Well, off to get some work done!

It is my first niche blog with over 60 posts.
Have you thought much about trying to expand that first blog instead of creating so many little sites?
In my experience, it’s actually been easier to boost the income on a site that’s already successful.

I do not like the idea of putting all your eggs into one basket. My 2nd blog that was even more successful than the first one has been sandboxed since October. Even though I consistently throw back links to it every day since it was sandboxed, it is only on page 3 now. Prior to being sandboxed, it ranked between #2-3 on page 1. You can imagine how much income I have lost with such a drop in the serps. Just imagine if I had not built my other 100 sites and only worked on one site only to have it possibly face the same fate and drop in the serps for months?
I am not against authority blogs. I will probably expand on several of my micro niche sites and convert them to authority sites eventually. Right now I just want to get more of them ranking in the top positions.
Congratulations – I’m sure you’ll hit that $50 mark very soon! Can you tell the reason for the spike – was there more visitors due to better SERPs, or a higher payout for click?

I think it was primarily from higher CPC because my positions have not changed for the 3 best performers. Their clicks were about $1 per click except one site it was a little over $2.50 per click.
