As many of you know I took a CPA Bootcamp about a month ago. I had no idea about CPA when I took the bootcamp. Through the bootcamp, I learned how to get accepted to CPA networks, how to choose an offer and promote it without spending tons of money on PPC. I did post about 2 weeks later how frustrated I had become with it though because I had not made one sale yet.

Pretty much that was the point where I stopped focusing on that CPA offer and decided to go back to niche sites. So I wasn’t logging into my CPA accounts anymore. I figured why bother logging in to see a big fat month-to-date earning of  $0.00.

So yestersday I received an email from my CPA manager at Maxbounty. I admit I was nervous when I saw the email thinking maybe they would drop me because I wasn’t making any sales. But instead my manager was asking why did I stop sending traffic to a certain offer because he thought I had a decent EPC. I sat there dumbfounded for a few seconds trying to comprehend what he was saying since I had no success with this offer. So I logged into my MB account and sure enough, back in April I actually had a sale.

Thank goodness my manager stays on top of things. I really would not have known about that sale had it not been for my CPA manager reviewing my account and actually knowing that I made a sale got me all fired up to get more traffic to my site. I also changed the theme to see if a new layout would help. I wrote a few more articles yesterday on it and today I plan on writing some more articles to drive traffic faster.

When I originally made my review site, I had 3 similar offers that were all pointing to different CPA networks. Obviously the one on MB converted better so I went back and changed all 3 offers of the review to be MB offers and I made sure I was “pickier” about the offers landing pages because a bad landing page with bad sales copy isn’t going to do me much good.

I love MAXBounty because they will match other CPA networks offers. So if you are promoting an offer and the price is lowered but another network has the same offer only a higher earning for you, you can just put in a phone call to your CPA manager and see about them matching the price!
